The Gator range offers the next generation chassis with quick release clamps for faster set up time between welds, lightweight trimmer & heater and full automation of all functions that contribute to a successful joint,
including:
• Drag measurement
• Trimming, incorporating Fusion’s unique feathering function
• Prompts for ‘inspect pipe alignment’
• Bead formation
• Heater monitoring – the Gator interlock system will not let you make a joint with an incorrect heater temperature
• Heat soak
• Heater plate removal time less than 2 seconds

• Cooling
• Electronic Data Capture
Machine size: 250mm capable of all sizes between 63mm and 250mm
All Fusion Group Automatic Butt Fusion Machines are pre-set with welding parameters for Water, Gas (Pro-Fuse & PE80) and Landfill Gas including ‘Fastweld’ which can speed up welding times by a /3rd. Fastweld is approved for PE80 Pipe in the Water and Landfill sectors.
