Automatic mobile head carriage positioning movements. Magnetic ruler length control system. Minimum cutting length (222mm. 500M2K - 310mm. 500M2K/22). Head angle range (90°/45° 500M2K - 90°/22,5° 500M2K/22).
CONTROL FEATURES
Industrial computer with static hard disk - floppy disk 3,5". LCD colour monitor 10,4" TFT. Protected touch-sensitive keyboard.
SOFTWARE FUNCTIONS
Store profile data. Execute cuts with automatic correction of the profile height. Calculating cutting lists by setting the external measurements of the fixture. Execute and store cutting lists entered from keyboard, diskette or external PC. Execute optimisations on cutting lists already memorized. Execute the recalculation of the cutting list according to the profile height. Easycut software.
BASIC COMPONENTS
N°2 carbide saw blades 500 mm diameter. Horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamping kit. Integral pneumatic protection of cutting area. Side support with roller 3000 mm. Additional horizontal clamping kit for side support with roller. Clamping kit for double profile. Blades lubrication system.
